Our company pays an hourly rate well above minimum wage, instead of paying on commission alone. In order to help our Skin Care Trainers succeed, we also pay 10% of all retail sales that they generate from their clients after their service! Our products are amazing and easy to sell! So if you do a 45 minute facial, and then your customer purchases $200 of products on the way out, you've just made $35/hour! We also offer 10% off our retail products to our employees.
